Macmillan Coffee Morning Success!

Our School Community Comes Together for a Wonderful Cause

Our SEN school was delighted to host a fantastic Macmillan Coffee Morning in September 2026, bringing together pupils, families, staff and friends for a morning filled with delicious treats, laughter and community spirit.

The event was a wonderful opportunity for everyone to come together and support the incredible work of Macmillan Cancer Support. Pupils enjoyed helping to prepare and serve refreshments, showcasing their skills and confidence while contributing to a meaningful cause.

Tables were filled with a fantastic selection of homemade cakes, biscuits and sweet treats, all generously donated by staff and families and some were even created by our wonderful pupils. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with everyone enjoying the chance to socialise while raising money for an important charity.

A Huge Thank You

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who attended, donated, baked, volunteered and supported the event. Your generosity and kindness helped make the morning a tremendous success.

Headteacher Jane Cubley said:

“Our Macmillan Coffee Morning was a wonderful example of our school community coming together to support others. We are incredibly proud of our pupils and grateful to everyone who contributed. The event not only raised valuable funds but also promoted kindness, teamwork and community spirit.”

The money raised will help Macmillan Cancer Support continue providing essential support to people living with cancer and their families.

💚 Thank you for helping us make a difference.
