We are incredibly proud to announce that Barraclough Hall has received a significant outcome from our recent Ofsted inspection in February which reflects the hard work and dedication of our staff team to support our young people’s development.

We celebrated our1st anniversary since opening our doors Students asked if they could celebrate our anniversary and as we always take on board student voice, we came together for a community celebration with a birthday card for the
school, cake, banners, and party hats.

It has been a fantastic term full of exciting learning, laughter and memorable moments for our students. We really do appreciate the support your show our little community.

From opening the media and studio room in October, to taking fitness to another level. We now have a mini gym which has a brand-new treadmill, exercise bike, punch pads and other equipment

This term we looked forward to welcoming new students and staff this term as the school continues to develop and grow.

Students took a little stroll to our wonderful Bridgewood Trust Horticulture centre where we continue to form positive links in the community as part of their science lesson to identify different flowers and plants.

As we head towards the end of the first full term since opening February 24th. I would like to say a massive thank you to all students, parents and guardians for your support. We are delighted with the progress of the school, students and staff working together to form our own little community

Students have taken part in working with staff to start clearing parts within our beautiful wooded area. They learnt how to work together using new gardening tools. Lots of work is still to be done but watch this space for Forest School plans.
